New Kid on the Block

What’s happening guys! MoxAmethyst here and as you’ve probably worked out by now, I’m new around here. Just to give you a little bit of a background I’ve been playing Magic since Innistrad block, and in the last couple of years I’ve delved further into the competitive side of the game. I live in the UK and plan to be attending as many events as I can get too so keep your eyes peeled for that in the future!

Most of the content you’ll see from me will be focused on the Modern format. I’ve played modern as my primary outlet for the game for the last couple of years and for personally it’s my favourite outlet for this game. But if Modern isn’t for you then not to worry, because I still intend to cover all formats in the game through my posts here, and I’m fortunate to be joined by some really great writers on the site that also cover all that we love about the game.

I’m thrilled to be a part of the team, and you can expect my first official post later on today, where I’ll be picking apart what I’ll be changing for my current favourite Modern deck in the post Banned announcement world. I won’t spoil my deck for you, but if you want a hint.. The deck I’m playing centers around a powerful blue card from Modern Horizons.
